Absolute fantastic customer service! They went out of their way to even take time to lubricate a non-working outer car door lock to get it working much better. These guys are fantastic

I had them change a battery in my key fab for my Nissan. He did the work with his back towards me at his back counter and charged me $10.00 plus tax. Took my car out the next day and my LOW KEY BATTERY LIGHT came back on so apparently they either didn't change the battery or put the old one back in. Now I can't get anybody to answer the phone. OH when I asked him how to change the battery myself the young man said it's easy for him to change and not me. Thank goodness it was only $10.00+ and not a few hundred. I will not come back to this business

Won't give you a quote over the phone. Once I was there they were $75 more than the dealership. Just go to the dealership. Only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because the key does work.

The hours of this store are 11-7. On a thursday I went here and they were closed at 11:15am. I called the number on the sign, no answer. So I called a separate number on the door and they told me no one is at this location, and if I wait an hour the technician will be back. Unreal customer service. Lost my business for sure.
